Acetone Testing - Wiping surface silk screen to check if silk screen quality is acceptable
Outer Packaging and Label Verification - To check if label content and materials are appropriate
Chip Appearance Inspection - To check for issues in all appearance details of the chip
X-RAY Inspection - Non-destructive testing to detect internal connections and dimensions of the chip
Decapsulation Inspection - Opening the package to inspect surface traces and LOGO of the internal wafer
Electrical Performance and Functional Testing - Powering on the device and using various instruments to verify if functions and performance meet specification sheet requirements
Chip Programming/Burning Test - To verify if the chip can be programmed, read, and written normally
High and Low-Temperature Environmental Testing - To test the chip's performance under high and low temperatures

Solderability Testing - Testing the solderability of chip pins before SMT placement

Our facility is equipped with the ELT.DL1000 component counter, designed to efficiently classify and quantify industry-standard components such as resistors, capacitors, inductors, crystals, LEDs, diodes, transistors, multi-pin ICs, and related electronic elements, ensuring rapid identification and inventory accuracy.
Quality Assurance System
Our quality assurance system utilizes the ELT.FX100 Electronics X-ray Inspection System to identify soldering defects across PCBs, SMT components, IC packages, BGAs, CSPs, semiconductors, and other critical electronic components, ensuring precision and compliance with industry standards.
